Cells are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in \u003ci\u003eCell Biologics’\u003c\/i\u003e Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells at passage 1 are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 0.5x10\u003csup\u003e6\u003c\/sup\u003e cells per ml. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eProduct Testing\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHuman Metastatic Ovarian Tumor-Associated Fibroblasts from \u003ci\u003eCell Biologics\u003c\/i\u003e are tested for negative expression of von Willebrand Factor Expression\/Factor VIII, cytokeratin 18, and alpha smooth muscle actin.
