Cells at passage 1-2 are harvested from flasks and cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains 0.5x10\u003csup\u003e6\u003c\/sup\u003e cells per ml. B129 Mouse Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of CD44, Sca-1 or CD29. These cells can be expanded for 2-3 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under the cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics.
